All-on-Four Implants

All-on-Four implants transform your smile and replace missing teeth with an aesthetic, permanent solution.

What are All-on-Four Implants?

All-on-4 implants are a dental implant technique where the upper or lower set of teeth are replaced with just four implants. These four implants act as a support mechanism for the placement of a new set of fixed teeth.

Benefits OF All-On-Four Implants

Because the All-on-4 method uses fewer implants, the surgery is less invasive than other techniques. The All-on-4 technique may also allow patients who lack bone to skip getting a bone graft, a procedure leaves you waiting for months for your denture. With fewer insertion sites in the jaw there is less risk of infection and surgery takes less time. All-on-4 implants even help to slow further bone loss.

BENEFITS OF VENEERS

+ Permanent alternative to dentures

+ Improves aesthetics of entire smile

+ Restores function

+ Faster results than traditional implants

+ Broad candidacy for treatment

Frequently Asked Questions

What are All-on-Four Impants?

All-on-4 implants are a dental implant technique where the upper or lower set of teeth are replaced with just four implants. These four implants act as a support mechanism for the placement of a new set of fixed, permanent, prosthetic teeth. The implants fuse with the jawbone and, once healed, mimic natural teeth roots.

What is the All-on-Four process?

During your first visit, your treatment plan will be discussed, and your candidacy for all-on-four implants assessed. Once you’ve been approved for the procedure, any prior work will be performed (ex. extractions, bone grafting, etc.). Once your mouth is prepped for the procedure, your implants will be inserted and the fixed prosthesis is placed. Dr. Meden will give you care instructions as your implants heal. The healing process typically takes 6 months.

During a free consult, Dr. Meden can discuss your desired results and assess your candidacy for all-on-4s. He will also obtain digital impressions and create a digital mockup of your new smile.

Who is a good candidate for all-on-fours?

The All-on-4 method uses fewer, strategically placed implants so less bone density is needed. However, there are some factors that influence whether people qualify for this life-changing procedure.

  • Good general health
  • Good oral health
  • Adequate bone structure
  • No smoking

Other individual factors may impact your candidacy for all-on-four implants. Dr. Meden will be able to assess your candidacy during your free consult.

How much do all-on-fours cost?

All-on-4 implants typically cost between $12,000 and $26,000 per arch, or $24,000 to $52,000 for both. Many factors can influence the overall cost when getting All-on-4 implants.

  1. Quality of All-on-4 implants and materials
  2. Skill, training and experience of the doctor performing the work
  3. Any needed, additional procedure(s) such as bone grafting (to create needed bone density), teeth extractions, treatment of any existing gum disease

When you choose Dr. Meden, you’re investing in quality work and quality results. Dr. Meden will be able to discuss your treatment plan and cost during your free consult.

How long do all-on-fours last?

All-on-4 implants are expected to last at least 20 to 25 years, with the potential to last the duration of the patient’s life with proper care and maintenance. Patients should treat their all-on-4 implants like real teeth and should brush and floss daily, visit your dentist for routine checkups, and avoid biting hard objects and foods. Practicing good oral hygiene daily is the best way to maintain your results long-term.

My boyfriend and I have both had a complete mouth restoration and couldn’t be happier. The customer service is great, they made us both feel very comfortable. We both loved the sedation dentistry that they offer. I am very scared of the dentist so this was very nice to be able to just show up, go to sleep, and wake up with the work done. Dr Meden has a very good eye for detail and you can tell he takes great pride in his work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Thank you Dr. Meden for making my experience at the Dental office very informative and helpful. I knew I had to have implants in the front of my mouth but I was always afraid to go ahead with the procedure. Dr. Meden had the patience to explain to me why I needed to do it which was not only cosmetic for cosmetic reasons. Today I was done with the procedure and I am very happy with the results. Thank you Dr. Meden for your exellent work.
